How to stay active while staying at home?

Due to the lockdown, most of us are spending our days at home. This means that we are not training in the gym, we are not taking classes in a yoga center and we are not even taking walks in the outdoors. But necessity is the mother of all inventiveness and creativity. We therefore want to know what homeowners and professionals in our community do to spend their time and stay active at home. Have you created your own home gym? Do you spend most of your days in the garden? Or are you doing meditation to nourish your mind, body and soul?

Getting some fresh air and getting your hands dirty with dirt is another way to keep your spirits up. Are you planting a vegetable garden in your backyard or are you creating a delightful vertical garden on your balcony?

Exercising and gardening aren’t the only ways to stay active at home. There are those who do decluttering and cleaning, those who rediscover the passion for painting or music and those who take advantage of the time to devote themselves to small housework.
